A certain Mr Austin (husband of the Chair of the Governors for the Scout Charity) architect and agent for "Loxleys" has categorically stated that the scout hut has never been flooded despite this photo being available on the internet. When the wall collapsed, the top end of the scout hut (then taxi garage) did drain out somewhat.
