These four brick cottages cottages were built by Pott's and Goddard in the 1930's Coconut shells and other fairground debris was found when the foundations were built.
The area that they were built on used to be the site of traveling fairs when they visited Old Glossop
One of the occupants of these buildings has also found coconut shells when he was digging his garden.
