Room with some Self Catering Facilities

Torside Cottage is a comfortable, ground floor en-suite room situated off our driveway.
A full size fridge, toaster, kettle and microwave are supplied but please note this room does NOT have a kitchen.
We will supply you with the basics for your first breakfast, will do your washing up and supply fresh towels daily if needed. All bedding and towels are included.
The room has a double bed and some comfortable chairs for watching the television/DVD player. There is also a table and chairs at which to have your meals.
The en-suite has a large shower, sink and WC. Grab rails are strategically placed to aid those with mobility problems.
Well behaved dogs are always welcome if supervised at all times.
Off Road parking is available.
You are also welcome to enjoy our lovely garden, weather permitting
Glossop Town is in Derbyshire next to the Dark Peak National Park with wonderful scenery on our doorstep. The Longdendale Valley is close by with its 5 reservoirs and Longdendale trail for walking and cycling. Bleaklow rises behind us and The Pennine Way can be accessed a few miles away.
Old Glossop is a picturesque small village that dates back to medieval times and has managed to keep an identity of its own despite being part of Glossop town.
We are conveniently situated, only a short walk from both Old Glossop, with a choice of three superb Pubs all serving food and Glossop town with its many privately run shops and restaurants. The market hall is open every Thursday Friday and Saturday with an outside market on Friday and Saturday. If you fancy the attractions of the city, then the train from Glossop station will take you to Manchester in 35 minutes.
