Frank and Barbara Ackley have given me the following information about this photo.

The lady is Barbara's Grandma and the children are her aunties, Mrs. Hulme and Mrs. Allison.

Mrs. Allison was still alive and living in Hadfield, she celebrated her 100 birthday on the 4 Jan 2003.

I was sad to learn that Mrs Allison died on the 26/3/03. She had reached her goal to be one hundred years old.

Since her photo and all the others on this site are electronically saved on servers throughout the world I am pleased she will live on for future generations to see.
